During the event, students presented presentations on the life and work of Renaissance artists, read excerpts of works by Francesco Petrarca, Giovanni Boccaccio and recited William Shakespeare’s sonnets in the original language. In addition, the youth performed interesting, creative tasks in groups and individually.
The poetry and works of outstanding artists inspired students to philosophical discussion with guest of the event Stuart Snuggs. The event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, helped students discover the beautiful world of Renaissance poetry and ended with a sweet treat.
