The productive practice of students of the Department of Technology of Restaurant and Ayurvedic Products is an integral component of specialist training, and the foreign practice at the hotel enterprises allows students to deepen and consolidate their theoretical knowledge in the organization of food services and production processes in accordance with international standards.
This year, the 4th year students gain important experience for their professional activities in the restaurant industry at the 5-star “Hotel Riu Palace Sunny Beach” in Bulgaria.
Practical training abroad enables our students to familiarize themselves with the structure of the enterprise, to master modern technologies, to increase the level of command of foreign languages, to learn independently to solve production issues and helps to improve professional competences in the present production conditions.
