Good day, teachers and students of National University of Food Technologies! My name is Viktoriia Litvinova, I am a third – year student of E&M in speciality of Management. I has won an opportunity to be the participant of program Erasmus +, got grant and arrived in Poland, city Szczecin, in Szczecin’s University to study and make effort to demonstrate the best knowledge and protect the honor of my university and the country as a whole among students from different countries.
So, my journey has started and I’m in Poland for less than two weeks now. However, I have already a lot of impressions that I would like to share with all of you right at the moment.
Firstly, I likes how sensitive and respective people relate to Erasmus + students in Poland. Each student has the opportunity to pre-register on the site and automatically affix by “buddy” – a student who writes messages in social networks for dating, and then meets in the city, goes with you to the hostel, tells all the basic information about the government, the dormitory, city and university.
Secondly, administrators prepares the Welcome Day, Meeting of Faculty with the big responsibility for students, which are mandatory for visiting, in order to learn the necessary information for future studying. My classes began last week, and at that time I became a part of a small international family. I have already have friends from many countries! This is a great experience to know a lot about the world and get in touch with students from around the world!
Thirdly, Szczecin impresses with its beauty, and in general, Poland is a very beautiful country, cities of which I will visit with my friends with great enthusiasm.
To sum up, the program I became part of, in the first weeks of my staying here has become an immortal experience and an opportunity to study, travel and appreciate every minute in Europe!
It challenges me to set and achieve goals, intend to become the best of the best, travel and experience!
In conclusion, I want to sincerely say “thanks” to E&M University and all members of International Department, which is responsible for the Erasmus + program at our university. From a pure heart I am thankful for decision of commission that believed in my possibilities and gave me the opportunity to protect the honor of our university!
