In November 2010, the National University of Food Technologies became a member of the European Association for the Integration of Food Science and Engineering Knowledge in the Food Industry (ISEKI-Food Association)
This is an independent non-profit European organization that was founded in 2005 by more than 60 participants from 25 countries. The primary goals of the European Association for the Integration of Food Science and Engineering Knowledge in the Food Industry are:
- Development of the integration of science and engineering knowledge in the food industry;
- Development of educational materials and teaching methods;
- Creation of a virtual community of experts for communication with the public;
- Stimulation of the development of joint projects.
